- On brief, on time. Commercial and editorial clients get imagery that fits the brief first, the aesthetic second — no ego, no scope creep.
- Proven demand across industries. These images have been licensed and used by travel brands, national news outlets, and specialist titles alike — see the list below.
- A distinct visual signature. Long-exposure landscape and drone work that reads as calm, minimal, and premium — useful when a brand needs imagery that stands apart from typical stock.

I'm a Scottish landscape, travel, and drone photographer based on the East Lothian coast. I think of photography as a kind of hunting: I plan, reconnoitre, watch, wait, and take aim — but instead of a kill, I bring back a single moment of light, held still.
Long exposures are where I keep returning. There's something in the stretch of time across an empty landscape — a slow tide, a passing cloud, a still coastline — that I find endlessly worth chasing. Every image is my record of what I actually saw and felt in that moment, not a reconstruction of it afterward.
That instinct — patience over speed, restraint over noise — is what ends up in the folder a client receives.
